Registration Form

Full Conference fee must be paid at least for one author to get paper published in Conference Proceedings.

We really appreciate if you’ll stay in Neptun Hotel (same building as for NEW2AN venue), otherwise we cannot provide you with everyday transportation to venue place. Please take into account that limited number of single rooms available at the Neptun Hotel. The nearest hotel for Neptun is Oktyabrskaya (15 min by tram). For details see Registration Form. Neptun offers transportation service from airport and Ladozhsky Train Station to the hotel for 30 and 20 Euros correspondingly. For details please contact Neptun hotel.

Cancellation Policy: 50% of registration fee will be refunded if a written request is received before February 01, 2004. No refund request will be accepted after this date.

Organizing Committee is in charge for hotel booking.

Organizing Committee is not in charge for visa support.

After you’ll get booking confirmation you have to get Visa Support from your hotel. For that you must contact your hotel and to provide them with copy of your passport or letter with all required data.
