Please be aware that at least one full registration before March 30, 2006 per accepted paper is mandatory to include the paper in the proceedings of the conference, even if the presenting author is a student.
Full Registration: 500 euros before April 11; 600 euros after April 12
Full Student Registration: 300 euros before April 11; 350 euros after April 12
Accompanying Person Registration: 180 euros

-> Visa information
Please account that all citizens of European Union, USA, Korea, China and other countries need to obtain visa for entrance into Russia. The procedure of visa application varies from country to country and could take more than 2 weeks. We would recommend to start it as soon as you know about your participation in the conference. Please check this with your local Embassy of Russian Federation
Visa support letter will be issued by Monomax Ltd. immediately after the registration.
Tourist visa is enough to attend the conference. The invitation letter will be sent to you by fax.
To obtain the Tourist Visa to the Russian Federation you should take the following steps
- submit the corresponding request at the online registration
- reserve and pay the hotel accommodation
- get the tourist visa invitation letter/voucher from Monomax Ltd
- present the papers together with visa application form correctly filled in and photos to the Russian Consulate or Embassy in the country of application
- to get the Tourist Visa in your passport from the Consulate or Embassy
The price for tourist visa support is not included in the registration fee and should be paid separately. It is 350 RUR per invitation (approx. 10 euros). All requests for visa obtaining must be sent to Monomax Ltd not later than 5 May, 2006.
Please, be advised that in order to obtain the visa your passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the proposed date.
Migration card
All foreign citizens arriving in Russia have to complete a migration card given at the customs. Please, fill it in carefully and keep safe until you leave the country.
