Monomax may guarantee accommodation on preliminary basis in selected hotel within the period September 14 - 19, 2009.

Deadline for hotel accommodation booking is July 30, 2009.

The whole period of your stay in the hotel should be fully paid in advance before August 07, 2009 in order to have guaranteed accommodation. The hotel reservation will be confirmed as soon as the 100% payment has been received.

Hotel cancellation policy

If you would like to cancel your booking, you should send the cancellation by e-mail Ekaterina.Akimova@monomax.org

For cancellations received before August 10, 2009 the payment will be refunded (minus banking costs) after the Conference.

In case of cancellations received before September 01, 2009, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be charged out of the amount of your payment. The rest amount of payment will be reimbursed after the Conference.

In case of cancellation received after September 01, 2009 or no-show NO REFUND for the hotel accommodation is made.

Hotel Rossiya is located in the southern part of St Petersburg near the metro (subway) station "Park Pobedy". The location is convenient both for business travellers and tourists. It stands close to the Moskovsky Prospekt, the second largest avenue, what allows fast access to the downtown and Pulkovo International airport. Well-known city suburbs Pushkin and Pavlovsk are within 30 minutes ride by bus. The hotel was built in 1961 but in 2001-2003 the complete reconstruction of the hotel was carried out. Nowadays, the hotel Rossiya offers affordable accommodation corresponding to 3-star European standard. The offered rooms were renovated in 2001-2003. The rooms have modern and functional furniture and private bathroom. The most of the rooms have shower cabin.

U Fontana Hotel
Sevastianova, 14

U Fontana Hotel is a rather small private business. It stands in a quiet place, the soviet-built house has been renovated recently. Hotel is not within walking distance from the NEW2AN venue. Only a short hop on Metro (subway) is needed to get there, and Metro station is 10 walk from U Fontana through a park. The Metro system may be used for transport connection from the hotel to the city center. In this hotel breakfast is NOT included in the rate

The payments can be made in the following different ways:

1. Credit card payment (major credit cards are accepted: VISA (Classic only), EUROCARD/MASTERCARD).

a) Agreement of payment (off-line transaction). When a participant chooses this way of payments arrangement, the Agreement of Payment Form appears automatically after clicking on this option. A participant should print it out, check the sum he/she'd wish to pay, fill in the form, put his signature and send it to the Conference Service Agency secure fax number: +7 (812) 335 20 39. On receiving the Agreement of Payment Form the Conference Service Agency will charge the stated amount off the indicated credit card account and send an acknowledgement of the payment receipt back to participant.

b) Internet payment by credit card (online transaction). To support payments through Internet Monomax Meetings&Incentives cooperates with Assist - the secure Internet payment system. Assist e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making on-line purchasing safe. If an Internet payment option is chosen a participant must simply follow the steps as in instruction.

2. Payment by Bank transfer

If the payment by bank transfer is chosen by a participant, the invoice amounting to the total sum for the chosen services is created automatically by clicking on the correspondent button. It is also possible to choose the currency of the invoice (EURO or USD). A participant should print out the Invoice and instruct his/her bank or accounts department to remit the money.
